Benvenuti nel nostro nuovo trilocale, completamente ristrutturato. Ci troviamo al primo piano, entrando si incontra un'ampia cucina abitabile, nuova e con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, macchina del caffè, tavolo da pranzo, balcone, divano letto e smart TV. Di fianco al balcone uno spazioso locale lavanderia, dotato di tutti gli arredi necessari. Proseguendo nel corridoio troverete un bagno con doccia; successivamente, due luminose camere da letto matrimoniali (con letti eventualmente separabili). Nella camera padronale, troverete un altro bagno en suite, con doccia e finestra e una spaziosa cabina armadio. Nella seconda camera da letto, un altro armadio a parete molto spazioso. Entrambe le camere da letto sono dotate di scrivania. L'aria condizionata è presente in tutte le stanze con split, regolabile con telecomando in modo indipendente.
