Bilocale immerso nel verde a San Lazzaro nei pressi dell'Ospedale Bellaria.
L'appartamento fa parte di una villa trifamiliare alle pendici dei colli di San Lazzaro. La villa ha un rigoglioso giardino su cui affaccia il bilocale e il cui uso è condiviso tra le 3 unità.
Si accede all'appartamento dalla veranda coperta e riscaldata con tavolo da pranzo. Scendendo un gradino si entra in cucina, dotata di 4 piastre elettriche, lavastoviglie, microonde e doppio lavello. Di fronte al piano cottura si trova uno spazioso divano letto matrimoniale a 3 sedute.
Dalla cucina, attraversando un piccolo disimpegno si accede al bagno dotato di doccia, lavadino, wc, bidet e lavatrice. Dal lato opposto si entra in camera da letto, al cui centro è collocato un letto matrimoniale, e da qui alla cabina armadio.
Ogni stanza, veranda inclusa, è dotato di riscaldamento e aria condizionata tramite pompa di calore.

The apartment is part of a three-family villa on the slopes of the San Lazzaro hills. The villa has a lush garden that the 2-room apartment overlooks and whose use is shared among the 3 units.
The apartment is accessed from the covered, heated veranda with dining table. Down a step you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink. Opposite the stove is a spacious 3-seat double sofa bed.
From the kitchen, crossing a small hallway you enter the bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine. From the opposite side you enter the bedroom, in the center of which is placed a double bed, and from here to the walk-in closet.
Each room, including the veranda, is equipped with heating and air conditioning via heat pump.
