This splendid private room in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon perfectly combines comfort and design. It benefits from plenty of household equipment, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your belongings to feel cosy in your new place! The room has a door latch if you want to close it. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the "Jean Macé" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of shops, restaurants, public transports are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor #5 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, pans, crockery, toaster, microwave, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack. Additionally, you will find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, water, electricity, housing insurance. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Jean Macé neighbourhood in Lyon's 7th arrondissement is mainly residential, blooming with flowers and open spaces. The district where this lovely furnished flatshare is located, has many public service buildings around the main square which hosts a large food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As the neighbourhood is near some of Lyon's biggest universities, many students have made it their home and numerous bars and night clubs can be found here (notably on rue Chevreul). Similarly, you can stumble upon parks, football fields, or calm terraces around almost every street corner. With trains, the subway, buses and trams all connecting here, this area is one of the best-served by public transport.
