Located a few meters from the marina and Poniente Beach and just 10 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. Central area, with many restaurants, cafes, shops, services, and supermarkets nearby.

Due to its location, it is ideal for getting around the centre of Gijón on foot. It has two parking lots very close and another very economical parking lot a 5-minute walk away.

The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving into common areas. Parties, events and bachelor parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
