Two bedroom apartment wonderfully located just a few meters from the beach, where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. It is located on a quiet street in a typical neighborhood of Foz do Douro, with many of the best restaurants and shops in Porto just a few meters away. With easy access to public transport nearby (including a bus spot around the corner and the traditional tram), it's ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a good day at the beach next to the center of Porto!

→ Building
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator.
Note that to access the apartment, it is necessary to climb stairs.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds and a baby bed.

→ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

→ Living room
The apartment has a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Baby chair is available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law - 2€ per guest, per night, to a maximum of 7 nights.
