THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The building is ideally located in the historic city centre, within walking distance of:
• the main promenade and the ocean (10 minutes);
• hypermarkets - Continente and Pingo Doce (7 minutes);
• other services such as clinics, post office, gyms, government agencies are within a 10-minute proximity.
You won't need transportation for your daily needs, but if you wish to visit other districts within the city, there is excellent bus accessibility. If you plan to explore the island and rent a car, two free parking spaces are available in an indoor private car park within the building.

THE PROPERTY
The bright and spacious flat spans two floors with a duplex layout:
• ground floor: hallway, bedroom with a dressing room, bathroom;
• first floor: spacious living room combined with kitchen, second bedroom, second bathroom, and large (46 m2) south-facing sunny terrace with an ocean view.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable living.

• Sleep quality: both bedrooms have queen-size beds with Memory Form mattresses of medium firmness (neither too soft nor too hard), along with two types of pillows: classic and anatomical Molaflex. We provide 4-season blankets and bed linens.
• Temperature control: modern inverter air conditioners on each floor ensure comfortable cooling and heating with low noise levels and no allergy triggers.
• Bathrooms: equipped with showers. We provide towels (for bath and beach).
• Kitchen: all appliances are available (stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee pod machine) along with kitchenware and tableware.
• Cleaning: washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
• Terrace: furnished with two sun loungers, a comfortable garden furniture set, a large umbrella, and self-irrigating plants.
• Entertainment: enjoy two LG 4K TVs with Internet access.
