We are looking for longterm tenants fo our different guest rooms with bathrooms (some with kitchenette) in our guest house.
If you look for a nice, quiet place within the beautiful nature you are right here. On this green island "Ilha Verde" with countless flowers you stay in a green garden park with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and sundowners you will feel glad and satisfied.
Our house is 200 m above sealevel with a nice seaview, subtropical garden, Winter garden, terraces or balconies, a fully equiped cottage in the garden etc.
The foot trail to Mosteiros and the crater of Sete Cidades starts right on your door.
Minimum rental contract is 3 months - from 450 € monthly
