The apartment is bright and mint, furnished classically and cosy. The balcony on the street side is on the east side so you can drink your morning coffee there. On the back side you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sunset! It’s located in a super lively and very popular street where neighbours, shop- and restaurant-owners know each other! Feel free to ask your questions.The space: open-kitchen plan with a balcony on the west, a living room with a balcony on the east. A bathroom, one bedroom in the back and the guest room in the front of the house, with a simple but practical sofa bed; changeable from 80 to 160 cm’s.Number of guests: one person or a couple with a child. The ‘Tweede van der Helststraat’ is a lively street between the Sarphatiepark and a cute square with many restaurants. There might be some weekend vibe noises coming from the street, but it’s not the centre of late party bars so you should be fine.The street: across the street a popular wine bar, furthermore an incredible ice cream parlour (Massimo Gelato). Right across the entrance you’ll find my favourite traiteur and the mini supermarket. The pizzeria restaurant is fantastic as well as the coffeehouse next to it. 400m north you’ll find the Albert Cuyp Market, 400m South the Okura hotel for a real view :) The Amstel (river) lies less than 1 km west and on 1,3 km east you’ll find the Museumplein. You can rent a bike on the corner of the street. Enjoy! Getting around:Perfect by train, metro, tram and... bike!
