Cozy and comfortable apartment, a short walk from Mercato di Ballarò and Via Maqueda.

The apartment, on the second floor without an elevator of a building, boasts a ceiling with exposed beams and antique furnishings. The entrance opens onto a small living room featuring a sofa leading to the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a kettle. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with balconies and TV, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the whole accommodation, and heat pump heating.

This tour will also allow tourists to admire important buildings, streets, and squares.

Palermo's central station is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport can be reached in 30 30-minute drive.
