Recently renovated apartment in a residential area of Palermo, with easy access to the historic center.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the large living room featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV and a balcony with a view on the main street, furnished with a table and two chairs. The kitchen comes with all amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine, and it is fitted with a dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one equipped with a queen-size bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower, while the second one with two single beds. A toilet completes the layout.
At guests’ disposal amenities such as the air conditioning, the independent heating for colder days, the free wi-fi and the washing machine.
