The newly renovated apartment is located directly at the Inselwallpark, where you can relax well and a newly built jetty on the opposite river - the Oker - offers good entry opportunities for stand-up paddling or canoeing. On foot you are in about 7min. in the city center. The apartment has an underground parking space which is included in the rent. Bicycle storage is available in the yard in front of the house or in the bicycle cellar.
