The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and cosists of 3 rooms as follows: one living room with semi-open kitchen and dining area, one sleeping room with a double bed, one office with a sofa that can be used as sleeping room as well and a beautiful private 35 sqm terrace with access to the back yard.
