The apartment (4th floor) is located in a prime location in the middle of Kollwitzkies in the rear building. Both all public transport and best restaurants, cafe are in neighborhood. The famous SOHO House and the water tower are only 5 minutes walk away. It hardly gets any better than this in Berlin.
