The building has a very nice back garden for smokers, it is also 2 minutes walk to supermarkets, DM, gas station, and very well connected to public transport. 7 minutes to the main train station, and 4 minutes to Olympiapark, as well as close to Nymphenburg.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person. Pets are not allowed, no organized parties, the atmosphere in the building is very quiet, and we ask you to keep it that way.
