I am looking for a male non-smoking tenant for my room in my terraced corner house. The room is approx. 16 m² in size and costs 450 € warm per month. The room contains: a bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk, a chair, a fridge, a hotplate, a microwave and a TV. The room has a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom must be shared with another tenant (male). The landlady still lives in the house. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Sometimes dogs come to visit. The room is ready for occupancy from 18.03. freshly renovated. A viewing in advance is possible.
