The apartment is part of a family residence (who also owns a dog) in a historic building, but with its own separate entrance and intercom. It is a semi-below-grade apartment, lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. It is close to the Neckar river, offers a bedroom ( bed 140 cm x 200 cm) and spacious dining and kitchen area including all necessary utensils.
