- The world-famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and, Hollywood & Highland are all a 15 min stroll from the house.

- One of Hollywood’s oldest movie studios - “the Lot” (built by Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks - the original United Artists) is at the end the block. The studio is now home to Oprah’s OWN and Showtime production studios. Productions as wide ranging as Homeland, Shameless, Ray Donovan, Some Like It Hot, West Side Story, Basic Instinct, Dynasty, the Love Boat, and True Blood were shot and are currently produced here. Hollywood Fun Facts: Speaking of Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone resided in our main house during the filming of Basic Instinct; Drew Barrymore grew up across the street; and, actor Peter Stormore (Fargo, The Big Lebowski, Blacklist) is a neighbor. Finally, two doors down is the famous and historic landmark: The Normandie Towers, built by Charlie Chaplin.

- The iconic Sunset Strip, Chateau Marmont and SkyBar are a 5 min Uber ride or 20 min walk.
