It is a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Casteldefells . The nearest airport is Barcelona-El Prat Airport, 10 km away. 200 metres from the bus stop.

- This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties and similar parties.
- Guests are required to show a valid ID card and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If you choose January and 1 January/Kings is included there will be a charge of 1310€.
- If you choose December and Christmas/ New Year's Eve is included there will be a charge of 1910€.

Important information:
- The cost of cleaning is 80 euros per week and 450 euros for final cleaning. We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month to 5 months. Contact us!
- Payment can be made by Visa credit card y by bank transfer.
- Late checkin: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 euros
- Late checkin: From 24:00: + 70 euros.
- Additional cleaning has a cost of 450 euros / week.
- Tourist Tax: 1 euros / Adult / Day the first 7 days.
- In low season (October to April): Heating and electricity supplement 800 euros per month based on real consumption. 300 euros/week on real waste.
- An additional fee of 25% of the first month's rent is payable
