The building is located on Corso Racconigi, five minutes from the METRO RACCONIGI stop, near Corso Vittorio Emanuele, offering ease and convenience to reach all the main attractions of the city.

The current tenants are two female students.
ALL FURNITURE IS BRAND NEW, never used. Accommodation with 5 ROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS.
The rooms are very bright with LARGE WINDOWS, fiber WiFi, heating, washing machine, TV.
CONCIERGE SERVICE, RECEPTION, SURVEILLANCE WITH CAMERAS.
The rooms have a queen-size bed with storage, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, swivel chair, and LED lights.
EACH ROOM HAS A PERSONALIZED SECURITY KEY.

- MONTHLY RENT: 619 euro

- TOTAL FEE FOR ALL UTILITIES (electricity, hot and cold water, condominium expenses, check-in and check-out cleaning, elevators, waste tax, heating, ordinary maintenance, and wifi, EVERYTHING INCLUDED, is 619 euro (ONE-TIME AND NON-REFUNDABLE) that you will pay directly to them after booking.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: (equal to one month's rent) which will be returned at the end of the lease.

A new pillow, mattress cover, and duvet are provided. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be requested as an optional service.

Il palazzo è sito su Corso Racconigi, a cinque minuti dalla fermata METRO RACCONIGI) nelle vicinanze di Corso Vittorio Emanuele, questo offre facilità e comodità di spostamento per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città.

Gli attuali inquilini sono due ragazze studentesse.
Gli ARREDI SONO TUTTI NUOVI, mai utilizzati. Alloggio di 5 CAMERE E 2 BAGNI.
Le camere sono molto luminose con GRANDI FINESTRE, WiFi fibra, riscaldamento, lavatrice, tv.

Viene fornito il cuscino nuovo, la federa materasso e il piumino. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non sono forniti, ma possono anche essere richiesti come servizio optional.
