PROPERTY NAME
The property is named after the discovery in 1553 of a 3-meter-tall statue of Pompeo Magno in the cellar below. The statue, dating back to the first half of the 1st century A.C., is now located at Palace Capodiferro, in the square of the same name, 500 meters away.

LOCATION
The flat is located a few meters from Piazza Pasquino (the statue in the picture after the Pompeo Magno picture) and within hundreds of meters from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

AMENITIES:
- All bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport are within walking distance.
- Vatican City is also within walking distance.
- Bike rental shop is located a few meters from the studio.

PAYMENT TERMS:
The first month's rent is paid via Spacest.com during booking. Subsequent payments are made directly to the owner.
- A €1500 deposit ensures proper use of the apartment's furniture, refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection.
- An administration fee of €100 goes to the building's administration.
- An electricity fee of €75 per month is paid at check-in and the beginning of each rental month, with adjustments based on actual consumption. € 75 will cover 150Kwh consumption per month
- The cleaning fee includes cleaned sheets/towels and is paid once at check-in. It's a mandatory cost.

Establishing a residence is not possible in this studio.
