The apartment is brand new and fully renovated. It is located on the eighth floor and it has stunning views of the Acropolis and Attica. It is a 10-minute walk from the major archaeological sites and the lively city center (including Acropolis Hill and Plaka).

There are 3 separate bedrooms with 3 double beds or 1 double and 4 single beds. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The kitchen, which is spacious and makes cooking a pleasure, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, and toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Aghios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.

The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverna, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. The nearest beach is 4 km away.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
