Completely renovated and refurbished - lovely two bedroom apartment across the street from beautiful Schloss Charlottenburg and park. This has been our home for the last years and we are now looking for someone to look after it with care. It is ideally suited for a small family or a couple which needs 2 separate home office spaces. The apartment features a 500 Mbit/s "Glasfaser" Internet connection. It has been decorated with an eye to detail and will surely make you feel home straight away. The apartment features designer lamps throughout.
Both bedrooms are facing the quiet courtyard with beautiful trees. The larger bedroom has a very large wardrobe as well as a beauty corner with a big mirror. The smaller room can be used as a separate home office space (and guest room) or alternatively as a child´s room. The beautiful bath is also completely refurbished with a large corner bath tub. The very spacious living / dining room is full of light and has a lovely balcony equipped with a very comfortable sitting area - one of our favourite spots to relax after a busy day. Furthermore, there is a comfortable large sofa and a curved high-end Samsung TV. A sufficient number of bed linen, pillows, and blankets are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-value, Bosch built-in-devices like a dishwasher and stove/oven. The apartment also has ample storage room.

LOCATION
The apartment is located just across the street from Schloss Charlottenburg with its beautiful park - ideal for running or going for a walk. A Rewe supermarket is about 100 metres away. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. There is free street parking in the area. Public transport: There are various bus stops just at the corner (e.g. 109 to Kurfürstendamm (ca. a 10 min ride), M45 to Zoologischer Garten (also ca. a 10 min ride). The nearest tube / underground station is Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7) which is about 5 min by foot.
