We are temporarily renting out our beautiful furnished luxury flat near Oranienplatz (Kreuzberg/Mitte) for up to 12 months (minimum rental of 3 months). The flat is ideal for an expat couple, where everyone needs their own office, or a family with 1-2 children that values space and a centrally located flat. The flat is equipped with high-end designer furniture.
The flat has 3 separate entrances (it is connected to the front house staircase, the middle house staircase, and the back-house staircase). In the front house you will have the "social areas" that consist of a beautiful dining room, guest bathroom with bathtub, living room with fireplace and kitchen. In the middle part you have 2 rooms that are ideal to be used as offices or bedrooms for children and guests. The backhouse of the flat has the master bedroom and bathroom as well as 3 walk-in-closets (one closet can also be used as an office room).
The flat has access to a shared and beautiful roof top terrace that is typically quiet and not used very often by the other 13 parties that live in the house. You have ample storage in the flat (3 walk-in closets, plus built-in storage closets) and 2 basement compartments.
