Our freshly renovated apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the main train station and very close to the center of Munich. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet as it faces a courtyard with a small garden.

The apartment is 75 m² in size and has an open floor plan. From the spacious living room, an open passageway leads to the cozy bedroom with a high-quality double bed. In the living room are also the open Bulthaup kitchen with bar table, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, a large desk, a 2-person sofa bed and a sleeper chair. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV and a large flat-screen TV are also available, as well as a washer and dryer.
The spacious terrace facing the quiet courtyard with a view of a beautiful garden invites you to linger.
Parking is available nearby with parking meter or parking pass or also in a parking garage.
