The sunny Annaberg is one of the most beautiful residential areas in Baden-Baden. It is a very quiet residential area. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. You can be in the middle of the forest just as quickly, at the "Wanderportal Merkur" with the Merkur cable car as a highlight. The "water art paradise" is just around the corner. Our small villa offers a wonderful view of the old Hohenbaden Castle and the Battert Rocks.
