Cette magnifique chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et clef en main à Lyon accorde confort et design. Elle présente de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous reste plus à apporter que votre valise pour emménager ! La chambre peut se fermer à clef si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.

Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement se situe dans le quartier Jet d'Eau, en plein coeur de Lyon. De nombreux transports publics, restaurants, commerces se trouvent à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 6 avec ascenseur. Elle est prête-à-vivre et propose une cuisine complètement équipée avec frigo, casseroles, bouilloire, grille-pain, vaisselle, micro-ondes, ustensiles, poêles… Mais aussi tancarville, lave-linge, planche à repasser, fer à repasser.
Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage est présent à l'intérieur de cette colocation : seau et serpillère, aspirateur, balai, balai-brosse… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : charges de copropriété, électricité, taxe sur les ordures, assurance habitation, eau, wifi illimité.

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

La quartier Jet D'eau est traversé par l'avenue Berthelot qui comporte de nombreux petits commerces, et qui rejoint directement les quais de Rhône grâce au tramway. Le quartier où se situe cette jolie colocation meublée borde également le Parc Blandan, poumon vert des 3ème, 7ème et 8ème arrondissements. Le parc, qui s'étend sur plusieurs hectares, offre un skatepark de 1700 m², des terrains sportifs (baskets, football, ping-pong..) et organise des événements tout au long de l'année (Hip-Hop Festival, concerts, spectacles...). A quelques minutes du Jet d'Eau, l'immense médiathèque Marguerite Duras avec sa façade presque entièrement en verre, domine du haut de ses 5 étages la place du Bachut et accueille des espaces travail, un espace numérique, des coins lectures aménagés... En soirée, les étudiants et jeunes actifs se retrouvent sur les bars-péniches des quais ou au Bowling Star, le plus grand de la région, qui se décompose en différentes ambiances : bar/cocktails, salle de billards, bowling, cours de danses, etc.

This marvelous room in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon perfectly combines comfort and design. It comes with many household items, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Just bring your belongings to feel cosy in your new place! The room has a security lock if you want to close it.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is strategically located in the "Jet d'Eau" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants can be found near at hand. The apartment is on floor #6 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, crockery, pans, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, microwave… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Jet d’Eau neighbourhood, in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, is divided in two by Avenue Berthelot and its many small businesses, and thanks to the tramway you will reach the Quais du Rhône directly! Here, where this colourful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you will also find the Blandan park, a living and breathing green space at the heart of the 3rd, 7th and 8th arrondissements. Inside this several-acre park there are diverse attractions such as a 1700 m² skatepark, sports fields (basketball, football, ping-pong…) and events are organised all year round (Hip Hop Festival, concerts, shows…). Just minutes from the Jet d’Eau tram stop stands the Marguerite Duras multimedia library, dominating the square with its 5 floors and a façade made almost entirely from glass.
