The house is part of a well kept complex of houses with perfect connections to public transportation and highways: Tram lines 18 and 12 are within short walking distances and the inner city is a only a 10 minute ride away. The "latin quarter" with its many gastro options is a mere 10-15 mins walk. When driving, A59, A3 and A4 are only 10 mins away, the A57 (to Düsseldorf) and A555 (to Bonn) about 15 min outside rush hour. There's a secured parking space reserved for you in the locked garage just across the street (not visible from the appartment), 3 mins walking distance. Numerous supermarkets (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, DM, etc.) are within walking distance. It really is a logistical sweet spot.
