This charming designer flat is located right in the middle of "Boxhagener Kietz" in the center of one of Berlin's nicest neighborhoods.
The spacious living room and the open kitchen give the apartment a generous feeling. We just upgraded the dining table to a bigger table for 8-10 people. (Some photos still show the smaller table). The living room is also equipped with a B&O speaker system and a projector.
The master bedroom features a built-in wardrobe and a private balcony with a wooden bench and a hammock.
The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed which can easily be converted into a double. This room also serves as the study with a bookshelf a desk and a printer.
The terrace can be accessed through the living room and features an outdoor dining table, a BBQ area, and a lounge sofa with space for 4-6 people.
Surroundings: The apartment is located on Boxhagener Straße. Downstairs is an organic supermarket. There are multiple other supermarkets close by. Within a few hundred meters there are dozens of bars, cafés, restaurants, and cute little shops.
Transportation:
- The apartment has its own private underground parking space which is not included in the rent.
- The next subway stations are Samariterstraße (350 meters) and Frankfurter Tor (650 meters).
- At Niederbarnimstraße (100 meters) is the next bus stop (line 21) and the next tram station (line 21).
