Wir bieten eine wunderschöne und frisch sanierte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines 12-Parteien-Hauses. Mit einer Größe von 85qm und 6 WG Zimmern bietet sie genügend Platz und Komfort.
Die Renovierung wird im Februar, rechtzeitig zum neuen Semester, abgeschlossen sein.
Sobald möglich, werden wir dann auch aktuelle Fotos aller Zimmer einstellen.

Der absolute Höhepunkt dieser Wohnung ist der atemberaubende Blick über die Dächer Stuttgarts. Du kannst die Lichter der Stadt von deinem Zimmer aus genießen.
Die Küche wurde gerade erst eingebaut und wartet darauf, von dir erkundet zu werden. Sie ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für gemeinsame Kochaktivitäten mit den Mitbewohnern. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher uvm.
Das Esszimmer ist der perfekte Ort, um Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einzunehmen und sich auszutauschen.
Das moderne Bad und das extra WC sorgen für den nötigen Komfort und bieten ausreichend Platz.
Weiteres Highlight der WG. High Speed Internet, sowie eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume.

Für sperrige Gegenstände habt ihr zusätzlich noch Platz in einem zur Wohnung gehörenden Kellerraum

We offer a beautiful and freshly renovated apartment on the top floor of a 12-party house. With a size of 85 square meters and 6 bed rooms, it offers enough space and comfort.

Die Zimmer sind mit dem meisten ausgestattet, sodass du hier kein schweres Möbelschleppen erwarten musst. Du kannst direkt einziehen und dich wie zu Hause fühlen.
Als zusätzlichen Bonus gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung. Du musst dafür nicht extra in den Keller, sondern kannst deine Wäsche bequem vor Ort waschen.
Außerdem sind auch die GEZ Gebühren in der Miete enthalten.
