A spacious bright loft tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped as a hotel. Located in the Eixample district in the heart of Barcelona. Close to shops, restaurants and car parks, a few minutes walk from the Temple of the Sagrada Familia. This high-end loft is ideal for executives, alone or with family, whether to rest, work or receive clients in a luxurious and refined environment. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, cement ceilings and the terrazzo floor add to the light feeling of space. The loft is an open design concept and is luxuriously decorated. There is a washing machine in the bathroom with corner shower with hydrotherapy. The kitchen has metal countertops and white furniture, and is equipped with two burner hobs, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and kitchenware and quality dishes. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with splendid views of Barcelona. The large sofa bed is the perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved rest and night city lights. A large closet with sliding doors runs throughout the room. The furniture also includes a leather dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom is semi open and features a queen size bed with a quality mattress. The curtains are opaque cotton and the bedding is of a hotel quality, it also has a small office space, for entertainment or work. The lighting was selected to improve the space and optimize the mood.

Este loft de alta gama es ideal para ejecutivos, solos o con familia, ya sea para descansar, trabajar o recibir clientes en un ambiente lujoso y refinado. Puede acoger hasta 4 personas. Hay ventanas de piso a techo, los techos de cemento y el piso de terrazo añaden a la luz la sensación de espacio. El loft es un concepto de diseño abierto y está lujosamente decorado. Hay lavadora en el cuarto de baño con ducha de esquina con hidroterapia. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de metal y muebles blancos, y está equipada con vitro de dos fuegos, microondas, cafetera, frigorífico-congelador y menaje de cocina y vajilla de calidad. La sala de estar cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo con espléndidas vistas de Barcelona. El gran sofá-cama es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un merecido descanso y de las luces de la noche de la ciudad.Un gran armario con puertas correderas corre a lo largo de la habitación. El mobiliario también incluye una mesa de comedor de cuero con 4 sillas. El dormitorio es semi abierto y luce una cama queen size con un colchón de calidad. Las cortinas son del algodón opaco y la ropa de cama es de calidad de un hotel, también tiene un pequeño espacio de oficina, para el entretenimiento o trabajo.
