The room is fully furnished with a big guardrobe, bed with storage underneath, a night table/book shelf and a lamp, an office desk and chair; all pretty much new. The room has a big window, so it is very bright and sunny.

You will only be sharing with one other girl. Seeking a girl that is looking for a quiet and respectful home where she can concentrate in her studies or work. Someone neat and tidy in the common areas, responsible, reliable, and a mindful housemate. I travel often, so need someone who I can rely to leave home alone.
