In this area, there is the bus stop, the Acropoli subway stop, the FIX train station, the supermarket, and the nearby park, which makes it a very comfortable location.

- Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Transfer service and private tours are available upon request.
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
