Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ils peuvent être climatisés et se composent d'un lit double ou de lits twin, un coin bureau avec une TV écran plat, kitchenette entièrement équipée et une salle d'eau avec douche et WC intégré, et d'un balcon selon la typologie.

La cuisine équipée dispose notamment d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur, des plaques électriques, d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire. De la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. Vous aurez accès à un garage moyennant un supplément, un parking extérieur, du linge de toilette, du linge de lit ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au Wifi dans l'appartement.

Pour constituer le dossier de location nous demandons une pièce d'identité, les coordonnées bancaires pour garantir la réservation et un RIB, ces mêmes pièces justificatives vous serons demandé en cas de garant. Une caution correspondant à un mois de loyer vous sera demandée le jour de votre arrivée.

They can accommodate 2 people, can be air-conditioned and consist of a double bed or twin beds, a desk area with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and integrated toilet, and a balcony depending on the type.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker and kettle. Crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. You will have access to a garage for an extra charge, an outdoor car park, towels and bed linen as well as free Wi-Fi access in the flat.

To constitute the rental file we ask for an identity document, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a RIB, these same supporting documents will be requested in case of guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival.
