Servicio premium de alojamiento.

Nuestro servicio incluye: alquiler de la habitación + dos limpiezas semanales + mantenimiento + internet + impuestos. Atención continua a través de nuestra mánager de vivienda, a quien podrás trasladar cualquier incidencia, para que puedas dedicarte a estudiar y disfrutar de tu estancia

SERVICIO OPCIONAL DE MENÚ DIARIO:
- De lunes a jueves: 100 € / mes.
- De lunes a viernes: 132 € / mes

SERVICIO OPCIONAL DE LIMPIEZA DEL DORMITORIO:
- Semanal: 40€/mes
- Quincenal: 22€/mes
- Mensual 13€/mes
- Limpieza extraordinaria puntual: 25€ (pago único)

Le informamos que:
- Estancias de 1 a 3 meses: + 10%.
- Estancias de 3 a 6 meses: + 5%.

35 euros de consumo fijo para todos. Si al final del contrato hay un excedente, la diferencia será pagada por el inquilino.

Se aceptarán reservas de uno o dos meses solo en los meses de julio y agosto. Las reservas a partir de septiembre serán por un mínimo de 10 meses. En caso de hacer una reserva en julio o agosto por más de dos meses, solo se aceptaran aquellas que abarquen hasta junio de 2024.

Our service includes: room rental + two weekly cleanings + maintenance + internet + taxes. Continuous attention through our housing manager, to whom you will be able to report any incident, so that you can dedicate yourself to study and enjoy your stay.

OPTIONAL DAILY MENU SERVICE:
- Monday to Thursday: 100 € / month.
- From Monday to Friday: 132 € / month

OPTIONAL BEDROOM CLEANING SERVICE:
- Weekly: 40 €/month
- Fortnightly: 22€/month
- Monthly: 13€/month
- Occasional extra cleaning: 25€ (one-off payment)

Please note that:
- Stays from 1 to 3 months: + 10%.
- Stays from 3 to 6 months: + 5%.

35 euros of fixed consumption for all. If at the end of the contract there is a surplus, the difference will be paid by the tenant.

Reservations of one or two months will be accepted only in July and August. Reservations from September onwards will be for a minimum of 10 months. In case of a booking in July or August for more than two months, only bookings up to June 2024 will be accepted.

Los Remedios is a modern neighbourhood in the western part of the city, on the other side of the river and bordering Triana. It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city centre and well connected by bus and metro. If you are going to study at the Polytechnic School or the Rectorate, you can walk there in just five minutes. And if you are going to the Viapol Campus and UPO, the option is unbeatable as you will be next to the metro station. It also has easy connections with the Cartuja Campus in Seville via the circular bus line.

It is currently considered one of the most elegant and affluent neighbourhoods in the city, offering a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay in Seville.

Food
As an optional service,we cook your personalized menu every day. You will enjoy a rich and healthy diet. We prepare your menu daily from Monday to Thursday and send it to your home. The menu consists of a first and second course, bread and dessert. We offer several menu options, from which you can select the dishes you like the most, including vegan/vegetarian dishes every day. The food we use for our dishes comes from local and reliable suppliers. We do not use frozen or precooked food.

Cleaning and maintenance
We keep the house clean and take care of any possible incidents, so that you can live in the best conditions.
-We clean the communal areas of the property twice a week.
-We attend to and resolve any breakdowns and incidents that may arise in your home.
In addition, high speed internet in all the flats, included in the price.
