La sistemazione, raggiungibile in 15 minuti d'autobus dall'aeroporto di Venezia, è locata in zona ottimamente servita: dai supermercati alle fermate dei trasporti pubblici. Le Università sono raggiungibili in modo facile e veloce; nello specifico sono raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa in:

- 3 minuti e 4 minuti: due differenti servizi di lavasecco e lavanderia.
- 4 minuti: fermata autobus (prendendo il 5L si è a venezia in 10 minuti).
- 12 minuti: stazione ferroviaria.

This cosy single room is part of a four bedrooms house that includes: one single room (that I'm advertising here), a 3 beds room, a double room and a 3 beds room. This place can be reached by bus from the airport in just 15 mins and is located in a very well served area: from markets to public transports. Universities are close and can be reached in an easy and fast way; public transports stops are just a few minutes walking from the house:

- 3 and 4 mins: two different laundries
- 4 mins: bus stop (bus 5L takes you to Venice in 10 mins)
- 12 mins: train station
- 12 mins: bus/coach station to reach areas and cities in the whole region
