Chocomint è un appartamento completamente rimesso a nuovo nel luglio 2020, al terzo piano (senza ascensore) di una palazzina degli anni '70 (9 unità).
E' costituito da ingresso, soggiorno con tv satellitare e divano letto (140x200), cucina con divano letto (140x200), due camere da letto con letto doppio (160x200), due bagni completi con lavatrice, ripostiglio, due poggioli.
La zona è tranquilla e verde ma anche comoda ai negozi. La fermata del tram per il centro città è a soli 50 metri.
Lo spazio
La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, tv-sat con più di 4000 canali, una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi.
Chi dorme sul divano letto in soggiorno avrà a disposizione degli stipetti dove ripiegare i propri abiti e un attaccapanni dietro la porta.
Dal soggiorno si accede al terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), al riparo dal sole e dalla pioggia, grazie alle tende avvolgibili. C'è anche un secondo piccolo poggiolo, anche questo riparato da una tenda a cappottina.
Le due camere da letto hanno letto doppio (160x200) e armadio, dove troverete coperte e cuscini e federe di riserva. Ne troverete anche nel letto contenitore in camera e nel contenitore del divano in soggiorno.
I due bagni sono dotati di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, bidet e lavatrice. Troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
Nei corridoi abbiamo installato due scarpiere a parete. In ingresso troverete volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona. Nel ripostiglio troverete scope, aspirapolvere, ferro e asse da stiro.
Abbiamo cercato di dotare Chocomint del massimo comfort climatico: l'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, con termostati indipendenti per regolare la temperatura delle due zone della casa. Ognuna delle quattro stanze principali è dotata del proprio condizionatore, completamente regolabile con temperature indipendenti dagli altri.

Chocomint is an apartment completely refurbished in July 2020, on the third floor (without elevator) of a building from the 70s (9 units).
It consists of entrance hall, living room with satellite TV and sofa bed (140x200), kitchen with sofa bed (140x200), two bedrooms with double bed (160x200), two full bathrooms with washing machine, closet, two resting places.
The area is quiet and green but also convenient to shops. The tram stop to the city center is only 50 meters away.
The space
We have put all our love and care in the renovation of Chocomint, paying attention to every detail of furniture, to make you feel pampered at home.
The living area consists of a large living room with sofa bed, satellite TV with more than 4000 channels, a full kitchen equipped with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available.
Those who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room will have the doorways to fold their clothes and a hangers behind the door.
From the living room you access the terrace, where you can lay your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to the roller blinds. There is also one second small perch, also sheltered from one hood curtain.
The two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and closet, where you will find blankets and pillows and pillowcases in reserve. You will also find them in the bedroom container bed and in the sofa container in the living room.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
We installed two wall-mounted shoe racks in the hallways. At the entrance you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants of the area. In the closet you will find brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
We tried to provide Chocomint with maximum climate comfort: the apartment is equipped with independent heating, with independent thermostats to regulate the temperature of the two areas of the house. Each of the four main rooms is equipped with its own air conditioner, fully adjustable with temperatures independent of the others.
