The apartment is located on the fourth floor at 35 Viale Campania, quiet, safe and close to the beautiful residential area of Piazza Risorgimento as well as Corso XXII Marzo. 15 mins to reach Marangoni Institute with the Metro M4 Susa. Very well connected to the very heart of the city and to its main points of interest.

The apartment is refurbished and features:

Room 7 - private room
The room features a closet, a full size bed (120x190 cm) with a bed-side table, desk and chair.
A set of towels, linen and duvet is provided upon check in.
One shot admin fee: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.
Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.
The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract
The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
Possible to have a guest 3night/month and you have to inform the landlord 24 hours before and provide the guest's document

Saturdays - we are available 10am-6pm - €50
Sundays/holidays - we are available 10am-6pm €100
