Located on the first floor of a period building with an elevator, this 90 sqm apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the living room and provides access to two of the three bedrooms.
The first bedroom, to the left of the living room, is furnished with a single bed and a pull-out single bed, along with a desk, wardrobe, children's table and chairs, and a wall-mounted television. The second bedroom, also on the left side, features a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. Both of these bedrooms overlook a neighboring garden.
The living room offers a dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as two sofas arranged around a TV area, complemented by a bookcase. A separate open environment leads from the living room to the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery for six people.
