Comodo, spazioso ed accogliente appartamento moderno con tre camere da letto e terrazzo a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Cipro (linea A), nel centralissimo quartiere Trionfale.
Ideale per 6 persone, questo appartamento di circa 110 mq è posizionato al primo piano di un palazzo anni '60, ed è composto da un salotto doppio, cucina, tre camere da letto, due bagni e terrazzo. Piazzale Ammiraglio Bergamini si trova nel quartiere Trionfale, quartiere centrale e autentico, con la Città del Vaticano a pochi passi. Nel piccolo parco adiacente al piazzale è situato un parco giochi per bambini. Cipro è una fermata della linea A della metropolitana di Roma situata in via Cipro, in prossimità di piazzale degli Eroi dove c'è la fontana che costituisce la mostra terminale dell’Acquedotto del Peschiera, considerato uno dei maggiori acquedotti in Europa. Il quartiere si presenta ricco di mercati; il mercato Trionfale, considerato il primo mercato rionale romano, con i suoi 273 banchi è sicuramente tra i maggiori d'Italia e persino d'Europa. Inoltre vi è il Mercato all'Ingrosso dei fiori e delle piante ornamentali, sito in Via Trionfale.
In zona troverete anche i Musei Vaticani, Piazza San Pietro, una delle molte biblioteche comunali di Roma e via Cola di Rienzo, via dello shopping e di numerosi ristoranti.
L'appartamento si apre su un ingresso ampio, alla cui destra si trova la prima camera da letto; arredata con un letto singolo, armadio e scrivania. Il salotto è molto grande ed è arredato con un divano, tavolino per il caffè, angolo televisione, una panca in legno e dei tavolini d'appoggio. La sala da pranzo è arredata con un tavolo con quattro sedie e due credenze. La zona notte si compone di altre due camere da letto, entrambe arredate con letti matrimoniali (160cm x 190cm), ampi armadi, comodini e cassettiere.
Una porta a vetro divide l'ingresso dal corridoio, che porta alla seconda camera da letto e alla zona giorno.
L'appartamento possiede due bagni, di cui uno dotato di cabina doccia, e l'altro con vasca da bagno utilizzabile come doccia.
La cucina è attrezzata con frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, microonde, lavatrice, stoviglie e posate per sei persone, e un tavolo con due sedie completa la cucina.
La sala da pranzo ha l'accesso al terrazzo, attrezzato con un tavolino e quattro sedie.
La casa è dotata di un impianto di aria condizionata.

Ideal for 6 people, this 110 sqm apartment is located on the first floor in a 60's building and it is composed of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Piazzale Ammiraglio Bergamini is in the Trionfale neighbourhood, central, authentic with the Vatican City just steps away. There is a small park close to Piazzale Bergamini, where there is a playground for children. The underground stop Cipro is located in via Cipro near Piazzale degli Eroi, where there is the fountain which shows the Peschiera aqueduct, considered one of the largest aqueducts in Europe. The neighbourhood is full of markets: the Trionfale market, considered the first roman market, with its 273 stalls is among the largest in Italy and even in Europe. Besides, you can also find the Flower and plant market in via Trionfale.
In the area you will also find the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Square, one of the many public libraries in Rome and via Cola di Rienzo, the shopping street. The neighbourhood is also full of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, cafés and boutiques.
The apartment opens onto a large entrance, and immediately to the right there is the first bedroom, furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The living room is very large and furnished with a couch, coffee table for coffee, a TV corner, a wooden bench and small side-tables. The dining room has a table with four chairs, and two dressers.
