Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start from 19 sqm upwards!
The studio is located in the heart of Darmstadt – in one of the liveliest and most exciting student centres in Germany. You could not live more centrally in Darmstadt: in just a few minutes you can reach the university or the main train station. The TU and the city centre are also close by. Look forward to a bustling life in the middle of the action.

- A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in
- We are renting only to students!
- For rental contracts shorter than 6 months, 7% VAT applies on the apartment rent. This increases the rental price.
- Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration”
- Parking spaces are available to rent, additional costs will occur. This can be booked once the contract is confirmed.
