THE APARTMENT
Our cozy apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2024. It is located on the top floor of a small apartment building in the beautiful residential area of Wandsbek, right next to the green Eichtalpark. The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a practical bathroom.
THE LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa including a small coffee table and a cozy carpet. To the right of the sofa there is a television table and a TV. Cozy evenings on the sofa, accompanied by a good film, are guaranteed here. Opposite the sofa there is a dining table with two seats. Here you can start the day in peace with a first coffee or tea. From the large window you have a wonderful view of the green courtyard.
THE KITCHEN
The open kitchenette includes a practical kitchenette with a sink, a work surface, a stove with oven and a mini fridge. There is generous storage space available in the wall cupboards. There is also a small dining table with two chairs right next to the kitchenette. The table can also be extended by approx. 50 cm. Here you can prepare and enjoy your meals. The light dome in the roof floods the kitchen area with a wonderful amount of daylight.
THE BEDROOM
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Nothing stands in the way of a restful night here. Opposite the bed there is a large wardrobe that offers you plenty of storage space for your clothes. The central cabinet door has a large mirror. You can access the bathroom directly via the bathroom.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. In the bathroom you will also find the washing machine. The small bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard.

The apartment is located in a small apartment building centrally in Hamburg Wandsbek-Tonndorf. The beautiful Eichtalpark is only 170 m away from the apartment.
