Loftsuite is located on the 3rd floor of a villa completed in 2017. It has a balcony with a view of the garden and a fully equipped kitchenette. The villa is located directly on Johannapark and is a direct neighbor of the American Consulate, the colleges of graphic arts/art and music, and the Federal Administrative Court. A public transport stop can be found within 3 minutes walking distance, to the center of Leipzig you need only about 10 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.
If desired, you can rent a parking space in the in-house underground garage (subject to a fee).
