The 1-room-apartment with big terrace in Karlsruhe-Waldstadt with a living space of approx. 33m2 is fully furnished and equipped. Beautiful quiet location in Karlsruhe-Waldstadt, close to the city forest. Public transports (tramway) are directly in front of the building, as well as shops for the daily needs, like supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank etc.
Washing machines and dryers are at your disposal in all of our houses, located in the basement with coin deposit (€2,50 / load).
