The 1-room-apartmen in Karlsruhe-Waldstadt with a living space of approx. 26m2 and balcony is fully furnished and equipped. It has a private bathroom with shower (towels are also at your disposal), wardrobe, double-bed (140x200), desk/dining table, LCD-TV, pantrykitchen with icebox and freezer, coffee machine, kettle and all basic cutlery.
Quiet location in Karlsruhe-Neureut, close to the city forest. Public transports (tramway) and all shops for the daily needs, like supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank etc. are in walking distance.
Washing machines and dryers are at your disposal in all of our houses, located in the basement with coin deposit (€2,50 / load).
