We rent out our modern new-build flat near Esslingen city centre. The flat is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful old town of Esslingen, the Neckar river and the vineyards by foot. The flat is divided into a living/dining room with kitchen area, a bedroom with a desk, a bathroom and a small storage room. The large windows with access to the balcony make the flat very bright and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A washing machine and bed linen are also available. Esslingen main station is a 20-minute walk away or 4 minutes by bus.
