Furnished room for rent in shared apartment with seven bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped kitchen and a small hall in the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most exclusive in Madrid. Very close to Retiro Park. It is located 1 minute from the Serrano subway (line 4) and five minutes from the Colón subway (line 4), within the Golden Mile of Madrid. The apartment is very nice and quiet. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has smart TV and young international atmosphere.

⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.

🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80€ (It is not possible to check-in after 22:00h).

🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€.

🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 30€/night.

PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN.
