Sardinia Re - Edison 12 è un Appartamento accogliente e funzionale, perfetto per soggiorni business e leisure.L’ Appartamento si trova ad Alghero in provincia di Sassari e gode di una posizione strategica. La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice.La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie.La zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone.Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo.Sardinia Re - Edison 12 dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.Riceverete un contratto di affitto che dovrà essere firmato e restituito alla struttura prima dell'arrivo. Nel caso in cui non riceveste il contratto in tempo, dovrete contattare l'agenzia che gestisce la struttura al numero indicato sulla conferma di prenotazione.Orario di check-in è previsto tra le ore 16:00 e 21:00. E che sarà soggetto ad appuntamento preso con l'addetto al ricevimento.Parcheggio disponibile a partire da maggio fino al 31 ottobre.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;
 
NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano: per le prenotazioni con check-in dal 12 Marzo 2024 al 23 Aprile 2024 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out tra il 11 Aprile 2024 al 21 Aprile 2024 inclusiApplichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Sardinia Re - Edison 12 is a welcoming and functional apartment, perfect for business and leisure stays.The apartment is located in Alghero in the province of Sassari and enjoys a strategic position.The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine.The kitchen is equipped with plates, dishes and the main appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace.Sardinia Re - Edison 12 also has: television.You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.Parking available from May until October 31st.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
