The stunning apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet cul- de- sac and yet centrally in the Bad Godesberg district. A huge window leads out onto a beautiful balcony and lets in lots of light. The sleeping area is in a small niche, the living area is comfortable and spacious with a large couch that can also be pulled out for sleeping. The kitchen area is spacious with a dining table that can comfortably seat four people. The white kitchen itself is equipped with all the necessary appliances and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom is bright and friendly with a large window to the outside. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished.
