HOUSE
The sustainably designed new building BOSSE & SPREE was finished in 2022. This building is an eye catcher with its unusual, bright façade and artistically positioned windows.
APARTMENT
This modern studio apartment was furnished in autumn 2022. The apartment is perfect for one tenant. The kitchen has a large fridge, two hotplates and a microwave with baking function. Cooking utensils are provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is a separate laundry room where the washing machine is located. The balcony is quiet and has a beautiful view.
AREA
