There are different administration fees depending on the length of the stay. The administration fee on the ad is for bookings from 1-2 months
🔸from 32 to 90 days= (month's rent - 40% + 200€ rental agreement management fee) + VAT
🔸 from 91 to 150 days= (month's rent - 30% + 200€ rental agreement management fee) + VAT
🔸from 151 to 330 days= (month's rent + 200€ rental agreement management fee) + VAT

Administration fee -Example apartment of 1000€
🔸32 to 90 days = (600€ commission + 200€ rental agreement management fee)= 800€ + VAT = 968€ total
🔸91 to 150 days = (700€ commission + 200€ rental agreement management fee) = 900€ + VAT = 1089€ total
🔸151 to 330 days = (1000€ commission + 200€ rental agreement management fee) = 1200€ + VAT = 1452€ total

Some apartments have a move-out cleaning fee.

General info for all flats: buildings with narrow staircases / no lift
🔸Our office is located very close to the flat in Barceloneta, where you can contact us if you need any help during your stay.
🔸Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00 hours.
🔸Very important note: NO parties are allowed in the flat // NO noisy activities are allowed between 22.00 and 08.00 h.
🔸CHECK-IN'S between 19:00 and 23:00 h or on public holidays/local festivals will have a supplement of 50€ to be paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 23:00.
🔸CHECK-IN's on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to a supplement of 60€ and must be consulted in advance.

Provision of utilities (water/electricity/gas):
🔸up to 40m2: 130€/month
🔸up to 60m2: 180€/month
🔸more than 60m2: 230€/month
